Dear Students! Welcome to the Customer Service Skills at Palau Community College!
This hybrid course is designed to prepare students for the professional world of customer service. The relationships between the customer and the business entity will be discussed as well as customer expectations and dealing with difficult and diverse customers. The basics of good customer service will be presented along with problem-solving techniques. We will meet in person on Wednesdays at 10-11:20am. Please always check this course site - at least twice a week and submit your Hybrid Assignments on time.
