Enrolment options
This course will follow the process of recruitment, training advancement, disciplinary actions, and termination of
employee. It will investigate laws that apply regarding hiring and employment in the hospitality industry. The requirements
regarding expatriate workers and working permits will be discussed. A study into benefits, contract, and employee
handbooks will help the students understand the relationship between the business entity and its employees.
